2. Return Policy

A) Non-Customized Products (Standard Items)

  • For non-personalized apparel, we offer free returns within 15 days from the date your order is shipped.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our support team through the channels listed on our website before the 15-day period expires.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in their original packaging.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding the approval and processing of your refund or exchange.


B) Customized Products (Personalized Items)

  • Due to the made-to-order nature of our customized products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

  • Each personalized item is produced specifically for you based on the design, size, color, and personalization details submitted at checkout.

  • All sales of personalized products are final.

  • We are not responsible for errors in spelling, dates, or any other personalization details provided by the customer.

  • If your personalized item arrives damaged, defective, or with a production error, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery by contacting our support team at contact@starlegacy.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the issue

    • A brief description of the problem
      If confirmed as our error, we will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


3. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification. Items must meet the same condition requirements outlined above (unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging) and must include proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your petition return, we let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
